Shipping conditions
All orders received before 2 PM (CEST) will be processed within 3-7 business days. No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Our shipping policy stipulates that deliveries to Austria and other European countries will take place within 3-7 days after processing the order .
We deliver to Austria and other European countries. Shipping is free for orders over €3,100 . For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed before order completion.
Due to high order volumes, delays may occur. Please allow extra days for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

kb-containers.com accepts no responsibility for customs duties or taxes levied on your order. All costs incurred during or after shipment (customs duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Kb Containers is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging material and damaged goods before submitting a complaint.
